For cookware use and care, please follow these guidelines:

1. Wash your pan with hot soapy water after each use to remove food residue.
2. Never pre-heat cookware dry.
3. The tempered glass lids are safe up to 350 ℉/175℃, but avoid direct exposure to a hot burner or flame. Do not use a cracked glass lid.
4. Do not store food in the cookware after cooking, especially if salt has been used, as it may cause pitting on the surface.
5. To avoid pitting, add salt to boiling water only.
